Alan Booth - The Leader's Leader

I am a prolific "idea" person, creatively finding new ways to help others achieve their goals and aspirations.

My work as a coach, advisor, consultant or mentor to C-level executives involves never being satisfied - which paradoxically parallels many of my clients level of ambition and drive to make change happen, both personally and professionally.

I come to this profession deeply experienced in change, both personally and in my career; starting with studying medicine then going to work as an Optical Physicist, followed by an Industrial Engineer role then advancing to General Management in a high tech manufacturing environment making medical equipment.

As a national sales manager for numerous companies and as a corporate operations executive, I was blessed with more opportunites to build teams that had profound impact on business results.

After years of volunteering to help executives think through their challenges, I finally listened to their adice in making this work my next career.  Perhaps that is the ulimate compliment of the results of my work!

Booth’s  experience includes General Management assignments in high tech manufacturing, Director Optical Engineering (Pfizer/Warner Lambert), Operations Director for Wyeth/Whitehall & Ayerst Laboratories, and VP of Sales & Marketing for subsidiaries of Nestle, SA; Lantis Corporation and various start-ups.

He currently is on the faculty at NYU’s School of Leadership
