TRANSITION PROCESS
The following steps provide a framework for helping executive move their careers forward
1. ASSESSMENT [1-5 sessions]
Review of skills and accomplishments, identify career goals, establish initial targets, discuss plan for initial feedback interviews
2. MARKETING SUPPORT [1-4 sessions]
Craft compelling resume (versions for specific targets), identify "value added" proposition, create and edit LinkedIn site, blog, website, etc.
3. STRATEGIC PLAN [1-4 sessions]
Create a step-by-step plan and time-line that includes target companies, names of key people, research techniques, associations and other places to meet key people
4. SETTING UP MEETINGS [3 sessions-Ongoing]
Coaching-training for getting introductions and referrals that end in F2F meetings; with future manager or those who can refer to target employer. Building trust so others make referrals. Accompanying clients to observe and provide feedback/coaching at group networking events such as association meetings.
5. INTERVIEWING [2sessions-Ongoing]
Training & coaching around how to present one's value proposition, listening and understanding interviewer questions; how to negotiate compensation and other benefits. Customized coaching for each interview scheduled
